This course will equip students to become knowledgeable on the Failure Analysis Techniques applicable for the Semiconductor and Electronics companies in the Philippines. They will be exposed to the various instruments and procedures for doing the Failure Analysis. They will also be taught of the other necessary basic skill sets and processes that are typical to enter the semiconductor companies and electronics companies

They will be exposed to the various instruments and procedures for doing the Reliability Testing. They will also be taught of the other necessary basic skill sets and processes that are essential to enter the semiconductor and electronic companies.

    Course Description
    This course will equip students to become a Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (SEM-EDS) Operator. The students will undergo training from theory to actual operation and data interpretation for above 80 hrs. After this period, he will be ready to fill the requirements of the Semiconductor, Electronics and other high-tech industries looking for individuals with sufficient knowledge and experience in operating a Scanning Electron Microscope
