Method Validation of Chemical Analysis

Method Validation of Chemical Analysis is a three-day seminar that demonstrates the fitness of laboratory methods according to its purpose before adapting for routine use in the laboratory. This course provides the essentials to identify the fundamental performance characteristics of an analytical method to assure the quality of laboratory tests.

Course Objectives

☑ To give an overview of the method validation process before using the method to routine use.
☑ To define the method validation requirements in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
☑ To identify performance characteristics for analytical method validation.
☑ To apply statistical data treatment in method validation.
☑ To assess and evaluate data results to determine effectiveness of the method.

About the Speaker

Mark Anthony C. Esmael, RCh

Mac is the Laboratory Head at NASAT Labs with over 15 years of experience in QA, QC, Laboratory Operation and R&D. He specializes in a wide range of advanced analytical techniques such as Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), UV-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Particle Size Analysis, and other methodologies integral to NASAT Water and Environmental Testing Laboratory. Mac holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and has received several units for Master of Science in Chemistry at De La Salle University. He has also acquired in-depth and factory training of advanced instrumentation overseas.
