Welcome to NASAT Labs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
NASAT Labs offers analytical and technical services, including but not limited to material characterization, environmental testing, and technical training. The scope of services shall be defined in the job request form submitted by the client.
3. Sample Submission
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the samples submitted for analysis, including any hazards or special handling requirements. NASAT Labs reserves the right to refuse service for any samples deemed unsafe or beyond our capability to analyze.
4. Analysis and Reports
NASAT Labs commits to performing all analyses with due diligence and according to industry standards. Reports will be delivered electronically to the email address provided in the job request form.
5. Intellectual Property
All data, results, and reports generated by NASAT Labs are the intellectual property of the client. NASAT Labs retains the right to use anonymized data for research, quality control, and method development purposes.
6. Confidentiality
NASAT Labs is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and sample data. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s express consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
NASAT Labs’ liability for any claims related to the services provided shall be limited to the cost of the service. NASAT Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
8. Payment
Clients agree to pay for services according to the quoted price and within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
9. Sample Disposal
Samples will be disposed of in accordance with NASAT Labs’ disposal policy, 30 days post-analysis completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Amendments
NASAT Labs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NASAT Labs operates.
