Good Laboratory Practice (GLP101)

About this Training

This course intends to equip the participant with a working knowledge of the impacts of GLP through a thorough examination of the basics of the history of GLPs and the regulations. The course intends to provide a review of all the requirements of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) regulations for facilities engaged in regulated Safety Testing.

About the Speaker
The resource speaker is a part-time instructor at Management Department-Systems Technology Institute. She has handled lecture classes on General Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Total Quality Management, Strategic Management, and more. She is an external assessor for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and has conducted on-site audit and assessment of chemical testing laboratories in compliance to ISO 17025 requirements. She was also a food drug regulation officer for the Food Drug Administration Philippines, a Chemist at National Food Authority, and a Quality Assurance Chemist at Asia Brewery. She has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a master’s degree in management, major in public administration.
