Equipment FMEA

Equipment FMEA Training Course is a one-day training (½ day lecture, ½ day workshop) that follows a structured, step-by-step methodology based on proven best practices for Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Participants will learn to define and assess risk, identify levels requiring mitigation, and set up an effective cross-functional team (CFT) for FMEA development.

An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from Mapúa Institute of Technology with postgraduate units in Applied Statistics from UP Diliman, this speaker has over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor, solar, and logistics industries, including roles at Cypress Semiconductor, SunPower, On Semiconductor Vietnam, Maersk, and Decatech Philippines. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, she has over a decade of expertise in JMP and Minitab, and has worked across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. She has trained teams internationally in problem-solving methodologies like 8D, FMEA, DMAIC, and SPC implementation.
