Measurement System Analysis (MSA101)

MSA is one of the five (5) Automotive Industry Core tools. The quality of data and subsequently the measurement system that produces the data is utmost important in any organization that focuses on fact-based decision-making process. This course will guide on how to assess and analyze the capability of the measurement system to produce quality data which is the pre-requisite to any data analysis initiative.
This training course is based on the AIAG’s 4th Edition Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Reference Manual. Hence, the content meets the MSA core tools requirement for the ISO/TS 16949 Standard.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training teaches and prepares individuals to implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Lean Six Sigma. Yellow Belt Training is a great way for you, your team, or your entire organization to learn the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Awareness Training

SO/IEC 17025 covers the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. This new standard is a comprehensive expression of the requirements that testing, and calibration laboratories need to meet in order to demonstrate that they operate a relevant and recognized quality system, are technically competent and are able to generate technically valid results.

Design of Experiment II – Response Surface Methodology (RSM) (DOE102)

Response Surface Methods (RSM) can lead you to the peak of process performance. This course teaches you how to produce optimize parameter based on statistical models to meet customer requirements. This is another type of design experiment performed after screening and characterization. Response surface designs are useful for modeling a curved quadratic surface to continuous factors.
