Each program is structured to support career development and meet professional standards. CPD units are available for most of our training courses.

We offer a wide range of programs for professionals in both industry and academia. In failure analysis, we cover fault isolation, fractography, and surface analysis techniques. Our environmental courses include water sampling and analysis, RoHS compliance, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 awareness. Health and safety topics focus on measurement system analysis and lab standards. In material science, we provide training in IR spectroscopy, SEM, EDS, EBSD, ion milling, thermal analysis, particle size analysis, and metal analysis. For process control and quality systems, we offer courses on ISO/IEC 17025:2017, SPC, MSA, and quality assurance tools. Reliability training includes reliability engineering and statistics.

Advanced Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy with Hands-On and Data Interpretation

EDS101 is an advanced training course focused on hands-on EDS operation and data interpretation, ideal for professionals seeking deeper expertise in elemental analysis.

Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS101) introduces you to precise elemental analysis using atomic absorption techniques. This course teaches you how to accurately measure metal concentrations in various samples through flame and graphite furnace methods.

Basic Principles of Liquid Chromatography

This course covers electrical and physical failure analysis methods, including hands-on use of IR-OBIRCH and insights from real-world semiconductor cases.

GLP101 introduces the principles and regulatory requirements of Good Laboratory Practice, focusing on its role in ensuring reliable and compliant safety testing.

Infrared Optical Beam Induced Resistance Change (IR OBIRCH)

Infrared Optical Beam Induced Resistance Change (IR OBIRCH) (OB101) covers the theory and application of emission microscopy techniques including IR OBIRCH, with hands-on operation and practical tips from industry experience.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Awareness Training

This course introduces the key requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, helping participants understand how to ensure laboratory competence and generate valid, reliable results.

This course covers practical statistical methods for analyzing reliability and life data, with hands-on exercises and consultation using real-world examples.

RoHS Legislation, Methods of Analysis and Testing

This course provides an overview of the requirements of RoHS and WEEE directives. It will also cover the acceptable methods of analysis and a brief background of techniques like ICP-OES, GC-MS and UV-Vis. Likewise, hands-on exercise on the actual use of XRF as a popular method for RoHS screening will also be covered.
